OK, This has been a monster.  First the car oveheated and warped the head.  Head has been resurfaced and pressure tested..  Reinstalled and having problems getting the timing to lock in.  Used alignment tool on the cams and got the timing belt back on.  rotated the crank two revolutions and the exhaust cam is not ligning up. At first I just loosen the bolt and move the cam and that seem to keep it aligned.  it would try to start but would not .  Then I read a tsb 89-9-8 that detailed aligning the the VCT to the cam at the TDC position.  Will I have done that but now I am at the same issues. It is not ligning up.  If I loosen the bolt this time am I not loosing the alignment I did by the TSB or do I need to remove the belt and move the spocket until I get the alignment correctly.
