OK   2000  econoline conversion van..first incident waife at the mall  turns key nothing no click just dash lights as usual ding ding..calls me I miss part of dover race and by the time I get there she has it running...second incident today she  trys to start same thing..no alarm light..alarm seems to arm and disarm  ok...tried second key just because same thing turn key dash lights  ( oil,airbag,etc..) all looks good.  moved selector through the gears..tilted the wheel up and down..dash lights dont dim like it would if it were trying to start so no juice is being sent to starter..relay maybe?

Any current at the RD/LB wire at the starter relay during a start attempt?

Check the starter motor relay (solenoid) at the right/battery area.. In P/N you should see 12V at the RD/LB wire during cranking or an attempt..
