Hello...I have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLS with a 4l V6 and 5 spd. manual transmission. I am looking to upgrade the shifter knob from the rotten looking Black rubber piece. Any aftermarket shifters available for the truck? If so, what are the thread sizes, or is the knob a "push on" type with no threads? Please let me know............
