It sonds like I probably have an "o-ring" going out.  Which is why I may be leaking a bit of oil.  Does anyone know, how serious this is and whether I should be driving?  How soon should I take it in, and is it expensive?

I have a 7.3 diesel engine with 350, 000 km. yr. 2000. Started getting a miss in the engine and only will go 80 km on highway. Losing power. Changed fuel filter. Have good fuel in the truck. Any suggestions on what else to check. Starts ok!

COULD BE TURBO OR THE PEDESTAL O-RINGS THE TURBO GETS OIL FROM THE PEDESTAL THRU THE BLOCK NOT THRU LINES OR THE EBP VALVE WHICH IS ALSO BUILT INTO THE PEDESTAL
