Glow plug issues will not cause a stall while driving unless wiring shorts inside harness. Check your tach to see if it is getting RPM signal after it stalls.

Check the glow plug relay for burning at the studs/shunt.. Reasonably common failure.. Both banks of glow plugs need to draw 'more' than 39 amps each side or codes P01395/96 will set (Bank 1 or 2 depending) if either side can't make min. spec draw .. Since you have monitor fault on both banks, (P01391/93) as well as opens/low indicate the glow system to not be operational on all eight plugs.. Check the UVC connectors for burning, but with the combination of codes, would most likely not set all together.. Check for applied power to the relay for fuselink problems as well.. Could be PCM, monitor circuits ect. but check the relay straight off..
