I have 2001 ZX3 with 112K on it.  I recently started hearing a noise in the front end that sounds like a "buzzing"   Kind of sounds like an aggressive tread tire running on pavement (and one that is out of balance).   At first I thought it was just tire noise, as we just had a set of tires put on.  I've pretty much eliminated that as a possibility, but now wondering what else it might be.  I thought about CV joints, but there isn't any noticable noise when turning.  The noise is most pronounced at 35 to 50 MPH.  Definitely not on the engine, as the noise stays constant when I put the engine in neutral and let the car coast.  It's not real loud, but when you have driven a car for over a 100 K, you know when there is a new noise.  Any ideas?
