Best guess for approximate mileage life expectancy before engine rebuild is needed for a 2005 E150 4.6 serviced every 3,000 miles?

Never.

Honestly, if you have it taken car of (oils/fliuds, filters, etc are kept up), you dont abuse it, take it easy, esp. when the motor is cold, etc. You probaly hwill never have to rebuild
