Hi i have a 98 Ford F-150 and this morning when i turned on the windsheild wipers only the one on the drivers side worked. THe passenger side wiper didnt go anywhere. I just bought the truck about 3 months ago im just trying to figure out what could be wrong with it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There should be a cap at the base of the wiper arm that you can pop off with a flat head screw driver to expose a nut that holds the arm in place.  Take the nut off, position the arm where you want it (since it probably slipped), and then tighten the nut back on.  You should be back in business then.

If you don't already own a Ford (or Ford owned product), get one.

Oh yeah, don't forget to replace the cap.

Sounds like maybe the wiper transmission ball stud broke off. May have to take cowling off and look to see if that is what happened.  Have seen this numerous times when people try to use their wipers after a hard freeze or heavy snow to clean the windshield off.
