I just had my battery replaced and the car radio began to turn off every few minutes and flash "CODE" on the display.
I understand that this is an "antitheft" feature, I do know my 4 digit code to enter but how do I do that? I don't have the manual.
The car is 1991 Ford Falcon EB, the radio is Philips. No model information can be seen on the front panel.

Has anyone had tried to enter the code for Philips car audio?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

seriozha, just use the number pad on the radio ( No. 1 through to 6 ). just enter the pin code no that you have into the radio no pad the radio cassette will work. DONT throw away the pin no.

Thanks Bentos for the reply.
It's not that simple. The code has a 7 in it, so it can't be entered from the number pad.

Anyway, a technician at Ford service station has entered the code for me.
