I need your guys help!!!

On my way home from work tonight my car wsa running fine. As i was getting on the e-way I put the pedal to the fllor to pass a truck. All of a sudden the car started sputtering and back fireing. now if I breath on the gas it seems to be fine but when I push down on the gas at all it would start spuddering and back fire again. I ran the comp for trouble codes and nothing. my questions is what do you think is going on?

Another thought is on the scan tool the is a diagnostic feature that you can run it through. there was a few that seem weird to me.

#1 fuel system 1 status open loop fault
#2 short term fuel trim bank 1 000%
#3 short term fuel trim (B1S1) 000%
#4 short term fuel trim (B1S2) 099%

DO you think the front bank is not gettting any fuel??
I'm looking at the ford service manuals and not seeing anything yet. please help this is my daily driver!

Here is the newest update. I was able to ge tthe car to start and idels today. but when I hit the gas it still sputters and backfires. This is driving me crazy!!
I replaced:
Wires
plugs
FPR
fuel filter.

I have good spark on all wires. timing is dead on. Compression is good all around. Now here is my next guess do you think I my need a new fuel pump or have bad injectors? I check the fuel pressure today also I was getting a reading between 30 psi - 35 psi now here is my question. I have the ford factory repair manual and on one page it says the pressure should be 30-36 psi on one page, and a few pages back it say it needs to be between 37-46 psi while running. which is right?? Also the fuel system is supposed to hold pressure when car is shut off and mine looses all the pressure with in 30-40 seconds. So do you think my pump is too weak or maybe a bad injector(s)?
Thanks for the help any information is greatly appreated!
