abnormal -> I got a few Issues with my contour (1/10/2008 2:11:33 PM)

Im not the best mechanic so I thought I'd post my problems here where it looks to be pretty helpful. I know I need it looked at but my wallet is tight and i just wanted to see what you fellas had to say. OK, here we go. The car just plain won't go into neutral, at all. That led to a couple embarresing situations at the carwash, haha. When the car is in reverse it wont naturally roll back. You gotta auctally press down on the gas. And when it does go it feels as if the E-brake is on, and when you let go of the gas while in reverse it stops pretty hard. Oh, and just the other day it died on the wife at an intersection but she got it to start again. Help.
