I have a 2004 F-150 and today I found what looked like a small pond on the floor of the cab in the rear (truck was parked facing up a hill).  The front passenger seat was damp, the rear seat backs were wet, and the head liner by the rear window (about the center of the truck) was practically dripping.  Somehow the water is coming through the head liner and then running down the back window and pooling on the floor after soaking everything in it's path.  I think the front seat is getting wet because the head liner is whicking moisture and then dripping onto the seat.  This isn't the first time I've noticed this issue.  For the last 2 months or so, I've noticed moisture in the cab after wet weather, but never to this extent (at first I thought maybe the door was not completely shut or a window was cracked, but this is not the case.)

Has anybody else had a similar issue or does anybody know if this is a known problem?

TSB 04-20-5 is supposed to fix this leak......it is most commonly from the high mount stop light. The new part number is 5L3Z-13A613-AA.

Thanks for the info.  Do you know if the dealer will charge me to fix this problem?  My warranty expired long ago even though the problem is just now occurring.
