I know this is a pretty lame question but the guages in my '95 Ranger have stopped working correctly. The oil, fuel, temp & voltmeter only move when the engine is started or turned off. While the truck is running, the needles are all stationary, but do not display correctly. I'm used to working on older 60's Fords and they used to have an instrument cluster voltage regulator. Does anyone know if this truck has one or what else might be the problem? I'm a little under the gun to get this fixed as my wife is currently broken down on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck - we think since the gas guage doesn't work, she ran out of gas...

Thanks in advance,
Garrett
