My heater was blowing cold air and I took it to the shop and they confirmed my suspicion that the thermostat needs replacing. They want $250 which seems like a LOT of $ considering a thermostat costs around $10. I am not sure whether to go pick up my car and do it myself or have them do it. On my old truck the thermostat was right up front next to the radiator, Does anyone know where it is on a 200o Ford ZX2? Is it easy to get to and replace? I'm wondering if it is so expensive for labor or whether I am being ripped off THANKS!!!
