ORIGINAL: techmanbd Is it bluetooth? You will need to get the manual for your car and cell phone and follow the procedures to set up a bluetooth connection. You basically tell you phone to check for bluetooth, if you have that capability on you phone, and in the radio. The radio needs to be on, your cell should see the signal. You click on the signal, and it will ask for a 4 digit number that you need from the car manual. Like I said though, your phone needs to be bluetooth capable and so does the radio. When all is done, depending on your phone, when you get into the car, some phones find it, but like mine, if I use a bluetooth device, I need to tell my phone to connect to it. I think it is a security thing. I can set it to have bluetooth on all the time and when I get into the range of one that I have set up, it will connect. But I have it set where I manually tell it to turn on so the bluetooth isn't always on on my phone. I tried to do this with my phone and several other Bluetooth-enabled phones from my friends (including my wife's iPhone) and I couldn't do it. I made the phones "visible" and tried to look from devices (in the phones) and nothing. While doing this, I pressed the "phone button" from my Fusion several times, held it pressed and nothing.
