Hi,
My 1991 Crown Victoria wagon's throttle keeps getting stuck at half throttle, If i press the gas pedal to full throttle it get's stuck at half throttle when i lift off of the throttle. Also when this happens i can't stop the car unless i shift it into netrual because it seems that i am getting little braking force even when i push the brake to the floor, But any other time the brakes work fine. I am ats whitt's end with this car. This morning when i was leaving i shifted it into reverse and it would not stop i ended up hitting a pole in the backyard. If anyone has any ideas about what is happening PLEASE let me know.
