I have a 86 convertable. vin # 1fabp2733gf201081. The title says its a lx/gt. carfax says its a lx/gt. other vin searches says its an lx. what do i have. I need it to get the car insured properly. the car is a v6. could this be a special ordered car. maybe a lx enngine with a gt package. please help with any info. dan

According to the Ford site(link below), it is an LX. I would go with this. I looked at other VIN decoder sites and they always say the information on those are for the V8 models not the V6 models.
