has anyone ever swapped a 2.9L for a 255 V8 in a 1989 bronco II? is so what tranny did you use and does it use the same adapters has a 302? i have a 2.9L that has shot craps and have access to a 255 V8 and AOD. or can i use the 5 speed that is in it?
