k i really don't know what happened but i started my truck up in the morning and while i just pulled away i heard a bang from underneath and my truck started running pretty bad, choppy idle, and absolutely no power, check engine light is on (duh) oil is good, got lots of spark and its usin alot of fuel, only thing i can think of is the timing chain skipped a tooth, but not 100% sure, if anyone knows of anything like this any info would be greatly appreciated, its a 92 with a 4.0 5 speed 4x4, i really hope i don't have to take the front of the motor apart again haha

For starters put a scanner on it to see what codes come up. Autozone usualy can do it for free if ur straped for cash. A timing chain skiping is not a common thing. If it was a belt than it be a different story.
