Hi. I started my 2003 Escape XLT 4x4 the other day and noticed the Interior dash and console lights are not working. The Park lights do not work as well. Head Lights (Low and Hi), Fog Lights and the dome lights work fine as does everything else. I checked all the fuses and they are fine.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so how did you resolve it?

Check the 'park lamp relay' in the Central Junction Box, as well as both fuses F2.15 15amp, and F2.18 5amp.. The park lamp relay control/energizing is done by the GEM module, as well as the illumination though the instrument panel processor on out to the panel dimmer control.. The fuses and the park lamp relay would be the first to check before moving on..
