Just recently I installed the trailer tow bar and trailer wiring on my 05 ford escape limited. I purchased the OEM ford trailer wiring harness from my ford dealer, because my escape has the park sensors. After installing the wireing harness I tested the wiring, the lights on the trailer are not working. Hooked the trailer to my freinds truck and the lights on the trailer work. Called the dealership they really didn't know. Worndering if an Escape without the factory installed tow package needs to have a fuse or relay installed? Can anyone help?
