the paint on the roof rack of my 2000 explorer is peeling and makes the truck look bad. i never use them and dont see when i would. i would like to remove them but dont know if i would need to do something with holes from the bolts and dont know what the roof is like under the rack. if anyone has done this or has any ideas i would like to hear them. thanks.
