Have a 08 F250 with Superchips 1808 installed (performane tune) and Banks monster exhaust (single) from Diesel Particulate Filter Back. Also adding Motorcraft cetane boost at each fill up. getting 18.2 on highway.Will install air intake from banks when avalible or considering Airaids intake. power is as advertised. lots. Looking for 20 MPG and I will be happy. Think the intake will be the answer. Almost there.
Anyone else at this stage or futher along.

I have an ''08 4x4 King Ranch Crew cab with the 6.4 and I''m only getting around 10.5 City and 11.7 Hwy. This weekend I was hauling stuff to the ranch and I got the same mpg with 1400lbs of feed in the bed as I did with the bed empty. Not sure what is going on with my truck but I''m not happy with it.  I was getting closer to 15mpg hwy for the first 10k miles or so but then it just went down hill from there.  What mpg did you start out with?  Is your truck a 4x4?  This mileage is killing me.  Someone help me please.
