RE: Location of Fuel Filter on 2005 Ford 500 - 6/12/2008 12:12:42 PM    way2old Posts: 264 Score: 0 Joined: 1/4/2006 Status: online You will need a tool to release the spring locks on the filter.  The tool slides inside the fuel line and releases the spring so the filter can be removed.  Here is the best picture I have as to its location.
