i own a kia avella which is basically a ford asphire.

my question is, does this car use an electronic controll fuel to air ratio? or can i adjust the ratio manually just like in carburators?

Your car has an OBDII computer which controls the Air/Fuel ratio as close as possible to a 14.7:1 ratio.  The only thing you can do is manipulate sensor inputs/outputs to either increase HP or MPG.
