Since I used this forum to fix my problem I thought I would post the problem and my fix for other people.

The problem: I turn the key and the starter relay clicks once, the starter does not turn.
Checked battery.
Battery was fully charged.
I put in a new starter relay since it was a cheap $9.00 part.
No change.
Removed starter and took it to be tested at AutoZone.
It failed.
Put in new starter.
Fixed problem.

Well, a few days after the starter install, I went to fillup with gas and then it would not start. Different problem this time, the starter turns, but the engine does not start.

I do not hear the fuel pump charging the system.
I replaced the fuel filter, because it needed it.
No change.
Hit the key a few time to ''''''''try'''''''' pressureize the system. (Did not since the fuel pump did not seem to have power)
Pushed in the core of the fuel valve stem and did not get a pray of gas.
Sprayed some fuel starter into the intake, hit the key and the engine ran fine for a few seconds until the fuel starter was used up.
I beat on the driver''''''''s side of the gas tank near the fuel pump and felt around the top of the fuel pump to see if something is disconnected (all seemed fine).
Turn the key to pressureize the system, and I hear the fuel pump kick in.
Turned the key to start and the engine fired right up.

Seems the fuel pump may be going out. I am going to put in a new fuel pump.

ETA:
Disconnected battery.
Removed truck bed by removing 6 bolts and the tail light connectors.
Removed in tank fuel pump assembly. ( Local parts stores only had the pump and strainer, not the whole assmbley, so if you want the whole assembly, order it ahead of time.)
Put in new pump, strainer, and O ring.
Truck started right up.
Put bed back out, reconnected tail lights.
