I own a ''''92 Sho in great shape but the climate control won''''t shut off.I just bought a new climate head unit with upgraded hard buttons,but is this the answer or is there something else I should be looking at? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I don''t know the answer to your problem but my 2001 Taurus has a blower that''s on all the time too. It''s designed to be that way, even though it''s stupid and will burn out the fan motor eventually. There must be a retrofit to change the fan switch with one that has an OFF setting? I know Volvo''s from the mid eighties had the same design and there was a retrofit to deal with it.
