Cant find the light button that tells the dome light to come on. They didn''t put it inside the door did they?

Yes,, the door ajar/dome lamp switch is now mounted into the door latch for the later builds....

if the switch is sticking just give it a healthy dose of WD-40 and open and close it a few times....should work.
