Hi, new member here.

Specs:
97 E-250 Triton V8
Front Pax side

I''ve removed the broken handle and the metal arm that extended upwards and mostly bumped the dents around the handle back out.  The inner door cover is off.  What''s the next step?  I can insert the new arm-handle combo into the hole and get the handle pretty much aligned over the rivet holes but I can''t imagine how to attach the metal arm to the doo-hickey that actually unfastens the door.  The old arm just screwed into that doo-hickey and I was only able to unscrew it because it was broken away from the handle itself.  I can''t see how to screw the new arm in without detatching it from the handle and if I detatch it it seems as though there''d be no way to re-attach it.
