I am trying to figure out what is going on. My Expedition is doing some weird stuff. When I slow down to a stop I hear a loud clunk. When I am driving the RPM''s go up and go down, up and down, all without any change in the speed of the vehicle. When I start out the truck is sluggish and halting. My brother said it sounded like the overdrive program and suggested I turn the OD off. I did it and all the problems seem to have ceased. Is there a chip that has gone bad? Any Ideas on what the problem may be? Please help before I have to take it into a tranny place and pay & pay & pay.
