Problem with delayed wipers, when on will kill the motor. I have a 1999 F350 ,7.3 Diesel. Replaced General electronic mod.Also replaced wiper switch. Help!!!

Since the GEM piggy backs the Fuse panel, did you make sure that water intrusion from a leaking (or leaked at one time) windshield hasn''t corroded the fuse panel buses/circuits? The intermittent wipers are speed sensitive operation, but I don''t see a relation.. Does it still kill the engine in INT 1, or during any regular operation?

Not corroded, intermittent all speeds kills it. Continous does''t.
