Guys - I have this bizzare noise coming from my driver's front right. I have a 5.4L 2001 and it sounds exactly like a JetLiner landing! It is constant except for the pitch. The pitch changes as the accelerator is depressed?

Any ideas?

Did you put any mods on it for intake? Sounds like the throttle body area. Check around to make sure all the hosing for the intake are on properly.

If you happen to put a throttle body spacer then you will get that noise.

No, the car is stock, but I will check the hoses to the throttle body. Thanks!

MAF has no moving parts and can not make noise unless something has passed the filter and entered the sensor
