I have an '05 Expy EB. At about 1000 miles, the gas pedal started making a fairly loud creaking noise every time I would depress it. I took the truck in and had the pedal replaced under waranty. For about 1000 miles, I had peace and quiet, now the new pedal is beginning to make the same creaking noise. It's not a safety or performance issue, it just drives me up the wall... Has anyone else had this problem and is there a permanent cure?
