Tower Slotting - 9/27/2005 11:50:48 AM    Limetex   Posts: 1 Score: 0 Joined: 9/27/2005 Status: offline My local shop wasn't able to make the adjustments to the front end of my 2002 Taurus. I bought the car at a year old with 10,000 miles on it from a Ford dealership. According to the Car Fax, it had not been in any accidents. I took it back to the dealer and they successfully did the alignment. However, according to a friend, they have used 'tower slotting' to achieve it. Is tower slotting an acceptable method of correcting alignment? Thanks for any opinions. Post #: 1
