2000 Ranger XLT, Auto w/47k miles. Vehicle starts out with a slight delayed shift between 1st and 2nd gear. eventually popping out of overdrive. When I start the vehicle and turn off overdrive, It drives a little better, but that shift between 1st and 2nd delays again and a harsh shift happens and the overdrive light flashes. Had the transmission fluid changed and the filter was supposed to be changed with that. Fluid I was told was clean. Was told it could be: 1) Vacuum hose leak 2) Electronic Shift Control Module 3) Some of the bands in the tranny 4) Faulty Vacuum Diaphram in tranny (but book says this applies to 94/95 Ranger) Anyone have any ideas
