I have a 87 ford taurus which i had to change out the transmission in. While putting the car back together and trying to mount the sub frame back up one of the nuts that are supposed to be held in the car frame popped out and fell down inside the frame. My question is this? Is there any way to get to it or do they make a replacement for it? Another thing if i was to go above it and cut out a little of the firewall so i can get my ahnd in to it would it weaken the frame?

Any help on this would be great.

the rear bolts,i did a recall on an older one before. and you cut a circular hole in the floor and replaced the old nut because it would just spin , they were all coming apart they used a rubber plug to cover the hole and to seal it
