2000 Crown Victoria starts well cold - starts well hot when turned off and immediately restarted. However, when it is hot and has been shut off for about 30 minutes to an hour, it is hard to start and I have to turn it over several times before it will start. Doesn't matter if you try with accellerator up, down, or in between. No trouble light has appeared on the dash. This is the only problem with the car. It runs great after it starts. It seems as if the fuel is draining back to the tank and it takes a while to get it back up but this doesn't seem possible because it starts well when the engine is cold, even when it has been parked overnight. Any ideas would be appreciated.
