My first post, (which I have asked permission to post btw) is to let you all know about the new supercar fantasy league starting this year which is expected to be a huge success.

So far interest levels are very high, so I thought I would post this thread to answer any questions you guys had about the league.

Basically, the fantasy league is a game based on the real V8 Supercar series. You sign up a team and get given a salary cap with which you buy 3 drivers. Depending on how these 3 drivers go in the real series, you get points in the fantasy league. As drivers win/lose in the real series, their value goes up/down and you can sell/buy different drivers and gain/lose their points as they go. Make sense?

The winner is the team at the end with the most points.

It'll be a real hit and I've had so many people requesting that I send them an email when the league is launched - so much so that I've created a preliminary sign up.

You can register your interest now and be notified when the official launch is due to take place - some time before the 2006 V8 Supercar launch.
