I have a 1988 Ford Taurus and lately the turning indicator isnt working. It worked for a while but then it stopped, then it started all last week and now it wont work. I went to a junkyard to get a turning signal switch which has the hazard lights and windshield wipers. And after putting that in it still didnt work.

Does anyone know what could be the problem and if so how much it would cost?

Hey there.

Does your car have tilt wheel? Might be a bad conection on the plug to the turnsignal switch? Remove the cover panels so you have access to the turn signal switch and connector. With the key on, and battery conected. Try moveing the wires on the plug around and pulling on them see if this trick helps. You also might have a bad switch again. Let us know what happens. Best of luck
