my girlfriend bought her p.o.s. probe after it had sat for 2 years only being started a couple time in that period. ran fine for a while but when she shifts to drive it kills and when she stops it kills. it runs fine on the highway, and on high idle when you first start it but then shits out. i taped up the hose from the airbox to throttle and put a longer screw on the choke adjuster, it worked for a whole day and then started to kill again. she lives far away so now i always have to drive to see her HELPPPPPP!

did you adjust the idle?????? To increase the idle (if its a 2.0) there is a screw on the back/drivers side of the throttle body. Turn the screw out (CCW) to increase the idle speed.
