Does anyone know if a Lariat cluster will work in the XL truck??

If the vehicles are from the same year or same design platform then they will interchange, however, I am not sure if the difference in options between the trim levels supports the same features. Your existing harness may have stuff in it that will not do anything in the Lariat cluster. But the pin-out on the wires are the same.

Teh Lariat cluster should work OK as long as it out of the same year. Or go to your local yard and have them check Hollander for year interchange. I bought a cluster from a '92 to put in my '94 F-150 but I'm havin minor wirin issues (voltmeter wiring is a little different so my charging isn't working, once I figure that out it'll work fine.)
