Ok. i am thinkin about putting a chip from JET chips that i found in sumittracing.com. also i found a throttle body spacer by poweraid it was found at www.truckperformance.com. anyone have these mods.

also how much of a pain is it going to be to put that chip in and does something like this come with instructions. thanks.

I haven't read anything positive about throttle body spacers. Most reports I have heard is that they don't do much, if anything, for performance.

If you want a chip try bamachips.com they have a wide variety of chips for the Ranger.

You might also want to drop in on rangerpowersports.com/forums they have a lot of good ideas on Ford Rangers.
