Black Side Panels need to go!
 

I have a 2006 Expedition that currently has plastic black side panels and molding. Does anyone know where the best place/how much it would be to get this fading plastic off my car ans swapped out with a cream colored carbon fiber, or any other material, moldings?

Expert at Tim's auto body agrees that yes there are products out there. but, I have tested them all. in my opinion, all worthless and thieves of your money. most of those "trim dressings" are just that, commerical detailers trim dressing. looks great today, faded tomorrow. remember, 3M is out to make money, meaning they want you to buy product over n over again. I myself, am a paint scientist who strives to fix it once and have it fixed for life.
