This one problem is a major source of many transmission problems on the early Fiestas 2011-2012 and if yours wasn't fixed during the warranty period you still likely have this issue. If it hasn't been done I would follow my video and fix this ground issue so that it doesn't come back to bite you at the worst time, family trip etc.
