Replace Entire Engine or Head Gasket ? Ford Fiesta 2013 Ambiente 1.25

I have Ford Fiesta 2013 Ambiente 1.25 ( manual).

The coolant boiling in reservoir and engine is overheating, I changed almost everything : Thermostat , Water pump, Radiator, Bleed the cooling System.
(the engine has 105K miles).
Today I went to Ford Garage and they checked it and said to me its the Head Gasket, However, one of the employees there advised me to replace the entire Engine !! can I just replace the head gasket only ? ( as it much cheaper ?) ??

What is the best long term solution ?

There are a few things that could influence which path you might consider.

Did the engine at one time overheat? If so, we very likely could be dealing with a warped head assy , which if so , head and gasket and some other related parts will need to be replaced. If we install a reconditioned head on a tired engine , that can bring trouble . If the engine has a lot of miles on it , replacement may be a better choice.

Don't know condition of vehicle , available $$$, maybe a salvage yard engine, if available , could be considered.
Let's see what other ideas are presented and maybe they will help with a good decision.

With good care and maintenance, you could be at the halfway point. !00K is not a lot if the engine can go 200K.

I have seen more than once , where they put a band aid on a problem, sold the vehicle only to find the guy that purchased it didn't do anything to it and is running the heck out of it with no problems, go figure.
