Ford audio welcome stuck on display

Ford audio welcome stuck on display
I have a 2009 ford fiesta style. The radio is stick in the ford audio welcome message on the display. I can't press anything at all. I've changed all the relevant fuses and also disconnected the battery for a hour, neither have made a differnece.
if anybody has any other suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.
