Ford C-Max cd/Dvd satnav Bluetooth reviews

Hi a am looking at buying a cd/dvd satnav bluetooth system with 7"screen from ebay that replaces my current double din system but I am wondering if anybody else on here has ever bought one of these before and are they recommended as they seem very cheap for £200
