My problem is that I just bought a cd player(pioneer)for my 98 ford explorer xlt and i went to play it I had no sounds or music coming from any of my speakers.would this possib;y be a problem with the wires by chance?All intel would be nice!Much appreciated!

wires might be not connected correctly, try rigging a test speaker to 2 wires.
