What is this?
 

I have this beauty laying around on the farm we just bought. It has a V8 in it....? I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is and if it has any value to anyone?

It is definitely a Ford flathead engine. I believe Ford produced them until 1952 or 1953.
It had 2 water pumps, dist up front and 2 sets of contact points , one for each side of the engine. It did have some cooling system problems, but the only other way you could kill that engine was to run it without oil. I'm sure if you Google ,"Ford Flathead Engine" you will learn how valuable it might be.
