they say the Gozilla will fit into a Fox body mustang.
so it will fit. but you need to check the engine mounts, also the transmission bolt pattern.
there are many sites now that deal with the Godzilla... just do a seach.

BTW there is also a 460 crate to consider.. If your state allows this
